PRODUCTS

What does Made to Order mean?

Some of our products are Made to Order (MTO) so that you can order them whenever you like, you don’t need to wait for a restock. This means that you place your order and we go and make it. This process usually takes up to 10 business days and then we ship it out to you. Note: This doesn’t mean custom measurements or prints. 

Do you have minimum order products?

This also counts for our back order stock - when we need to fill a specific number in an order, before we can release the products.  We will keep you updated on when it will be shipped and delivered.

It says ‘Sold out – no longer available’ will you restock? 

No, sorry :( Sometimes we like to make products limited so that the people that do get them get to feel really special. But if a product says “Out of Stock – Coming Soon” then you can totally sign up for a restock notification and we’ll let you know when they’re back. 

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Sure do! Please email us to grab yours. 

 

PRICE GUARANTEE

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. 

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

  • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
  • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
  • The item must be in stock on the competitors website
  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
  • The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
  • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
  • The Price Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax

 

ORDERS

How do I buy something/place an order?

1. Scroll up to our Main Menu:

 

2. Click on a product you like, in your colour and size (as applicable) and add to cart.

3. Then just follow the easy checkout process and you'll soon own a piece from Nefariouss. 

I’m getting an error when I try to place my order, help!? 

First and foremost... remember to breathe. 'Cause if you don't, you'll faint and then it'll take even longer to get your Nefariouss order, and that's no good. Two: check you've filled all the details out properly including your name, address and payment info. Still not working? It might be those computer gremlins. Please be patient and e-mail us (with screenshots if possible!) and we'll see if we can track down the problem.

How do I make changes to my order?

This one is time dependent.  You have one hour from when you purchased to quickly email with your order number and the changes you need to make. Please note, we can’t add products to your order, but we can change your delivery address or clothing/gear sizes during that 1 hour time frame. What are you still doing here? Quick! We're waiting. :) 

Can I split my current order so the items ship separately? Can I combine multiple orders? 

Unfortunately we can't split or combine orders for you as our system won't allow this. What will happen though is that our products come from different Brands which will result in your order being delivered in intervals.  Our warehouse ninjas aim to ship your order/s asap!

How do I cancel an order? 

It’s the same deal as changing an order, you have one hour from when you made your order to email us to let us know you have to cancel.  Please tell us why.  We aim to provide the best service with the most incredible quality products.  Why only one hour? Because after that your order slip is printed, on its way to our Brands and those guys are lightning fast! 

Does my shipment have a tracking number?

Yes!  Definitely!  We will send you an order confirmation email, followed by the order's dispatched, followed by the tracking number.  Once you have that you will be able to track your product via the courier of choice to your provided destination/address.  

Where is my order?

Not good!  It hasn't turned up yet?  We're so sorry!  Please check if you received a shipping confirmation email from us, then just drop an email and we’ll investigate. We promise to get back to you within 24 hours.

Can I fast track my order?

Unfortunately we can't fast track an order for you as they are shipped from different International suppliers.  Our amazing ninja Warehouse team endeavors to pick and pack orders in the most efficient and fair way possible i.e. chronologically. If you have a big event coming up, we definitely recommend ordering with plenty of time for processing and shipping!

PAYMENTS

How can I pay?

This website accepts AFTERPAY!!! (can we get a hallelujah), Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Nefariouss Gift Vouchers.  

Customers who are signed into their Nefariouss accounts have the ability to use previously saved credit card information for a faster checkout. This information is stored securely through trusted payment gateways. 

To enable this feature, just make sure that you're logged into your account on our website - when you're ready to purchase your goodies, fill in your credit card details at checkout and select 'Save for later use'. 

You can also remove any previously saved card details in the 'Stored payment methods' section in your Nefariouss account.

Is it safe?

We offer our customers the option to view prices in a variety of currencies.  The site auto selects your currency based on your current geographic location.  When a currency is selected, the price is shown in the chosen currency according to the most recent exchange rate. 

Please note that the currency conversion shown is only a guide and the actual currency conversion that will be charged by your chosen payment method may vary.

Upon checkout, all products and shipping methods will be shown in the chosen currency and customers will also see the amount ultimately charged in NZD.

Nefariouss processes all orders in New Zealand Dollar. So if you are located outside of New Zealand, you will checkout using New Zealand Dollars at the most current exchange rate. If you want to know the exact amount you will be charged please check with your bank before making a purchase as currency conversion rates and fees vary.

How do I use my Briefcase Bombshells gift voucher?

You have a gift voucher?! Yay! Congrats! Someone loves ya. Okay, here’s how to use it:

  • Find the voucher number and PIN. Hint – it’s on the gift voucher.
  • Proceed to the checkout with your cart full of shiny things.
  • In the payment section, tick the box that "Use Gift Card to check out".
  • Enter your voucher number in the "gift code" box and your PIN into the box underneath.
  • When you choose your payment method, select 'Gift Voucher' and a space will appear for you to type in your Voucher Code!
  • Hit 'add gift card' and you're all good to go :)

How many gift vouchers can I use for my order?

You can use a maximum of one (1) gift voucher per order transaction.

How much will my customs fees be?

Good question! Since it varies for every country it’s best if you get in touch with your local customs office to find out BEFORE you purchase, just so there’s no nasty surprises and so you don’t think it’s us, it’s totally the law.
